Danny Fisher founded The Fisher Agency in 1975 and since that time has provided financial advice to thousands of stockbrokers, financial planners, accountants, actuaries, agents, and his personal clients all across America.

Known as “Mr. Annuity,” he is a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant.  He is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and is a consistent qualifier for the prestigious TOP OF THE TABLE.

He is also founder and publisher of the Fisher Annuity Index, which tracks over 500 annuities from 70 insurance companies. As a recognized pioneer in the development of high-quality, consumer-oriented annuities, the top annuity companies seek his expert advice on the design of annuities and marketing strategies.

Danny is a Past-President of the Dallas Association of Life Insurance & Financial Advisors, where he has been selected as Life Underwriter of the Year.

On a personal note, Danny was born and raised in Knox City, a small town in west Texas about 90 miles north of Abilene. He received his BBA degree from Hardin-Simmons University in 1968 and has served on the HSU Board of Trustees. He and his wife  have one daughter and two grandchildren.

One of his proudest accomplishments is flying Cobra helicopter gun ships as a Captain in the U. S. Army while serving in Viet Nam and living to tell about it.
