Using Microsoft Word- View then Print:
- Click on the Word Hyperlink.
- For Word 2000 users w/o Service Pack 1, a User/Password prompt will come up. Click Cancel.
- A new window will come up showing the Top 10 in Microsoft Word.
- Click the Printer Icon on the toolbar to print to your default printer or File>Print on the menu bar to change print setting before printing.
- Close the Window. If a "Save Changes" prompt comes up, click NO.
- Quick Print:
- Right-click on the Word Hyperlink.
- On the Pop-up menu, click Print Target.
- Save File to your Computer:
- Right-click on the Word Hyperlink.
- On the Pop-up menu, click Save Target As.
Using Adobe Acrobat- View then Print:
- Click on the Adobe Acrobat Hyperlink.
- A new window will come up showing the Top 10 in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
- Click the Printer Icon on the toolbar to print to your default printer or File>Print on the menu bar to change print setting before printing.
- Close the Window.
- Quick Print: Not Recommended.
Save File to your Computer:
- Right-click on the Adobe Acrobat Hyperlink.
- On the Pop-up menu, click Save Target As.
Using Web Page- Get Feature Description:
- Click on the Feature ( in Blue Area).
- Use the toolbar's Back button to return to Top 10 screen.
- View then Print:
The Top 10 page can be printed by adjusting your Page Margins
- Click on the Web HTML Hyperlink.
- A new window will come up showing the Top 10 in a Web Page.
- Before Printing, click File>Page Setup. Set margins to 0.25 all around.
- Click the Printer Icon on the toolbar to print to your default printer or File>Print on the menu bar to change print setting before printing.
- Close the Window.
